Method:
Prepare pot of boiling water on stove.
Separate egg yolks into metal dish,
add water and vinegar and whisk until
fluffy.Put metal dish over
saucepan of boiling water and continue to
whisk until sauce thickens.
Add butter in small pieces and continue to
whisk.
Take off heat and add lemon juice & sea salt.
Great with Eggs on toast & Great
with Steak!!! ENJOY!
