ORGANIC HOLLANDAISE SAUCE:

Ingredients:

 
3 Organic Egg Yolks
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons Organic White Wine Vinegar 
50gms Organic Butter
Juice of ½ Organic Lemon
Sea salt 

 
Method:
Prepare pot of boiling water on stove.
S
eparate egg yolks into metal dish, add water and vinegar and whisk until fluffy.Put metal dish over saucepan of boiling water and continue to whisk until sauce thickens. Add butter in small pieces and continue to whisk. Take off heat and add lemon juice & sea salt
.
